For everyone who's sat alone in a Zoom room, refreshing.

Stop getting ghosted.

Held is an AI assistant that lives on your calendar. It confirms before the call, rescues the moment they don't show, and books the next step before anyone can disappear.

Your own booking link, free. Prospects pick a time, you get the invite.

Works with Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom and Google Meet. Replies come straight to your inbox.

Your link

Your name.
Your page. Booked.

One link for your signature, your bio, your DMs. Prospects pick a time, the invite goes out, and Held takes it from there.

Type a name. first-last is free; a one-word name is premium.

The problem

Booked isn't held.

Every scheduler on earth sends a reminder and then waits for you to click “no-show” afterward. Nobody owns the moment the prospect doesn't turn up, and nobody owns the follow-up that never gets booked.

How it works

Three moments. One assistant.

Connect your calendar and your Zoom or Meet. Held watches every meeting with someone outside your company and steps in at the exact moments meetings die.

T‑48h → T‑2h

Before: confirm, don't just remind.

Unaccepted invite? Held flags it on your planner the day it goes quiet. A day before, Sam asks “does tomorrow still work?” with one click to confirm or pick another time. If they don't answer, the meeting turns amber so you know exactly who to call.

Unaccepted · 3d→“Still good for tomorrow?”→Accepted
Meeting end

After: lock the next step.

“I'll follow up” is not a next step. When a meeting ends with nothing on the calendar, Sam asks you what's next, proposes times to the prospect, sends the invite, and chases the acceptance until it's real.

No next step→3 times proposed→Next step booked

The assistant

Meet Sam. Or Maya. Or Theo.

Your assistant has a name, signs with your name, and sends every reply straight to your inbox. It asks logistics questions, never sales questions. That's why prospects answer it.

  • Sounds like a person. One question, one or two links, no marketing voice.
  • Your name on it. Guests see your name, and every reply lands in your own inbox. No spoofing.
  • Honest. If someone asks whether it's an AI, it says yes.
  • Knows when to stop. One check-in per meeting, then the thread is yours. You're cc'd on everything.

The dashboard

Your name, your inbox

Messages go out under your name from Held's verified sending domain, and every reply lands in your own inbox. Held never reads your mail.

Locked down by default

Calendar and Zoom access is encrypted at rest, Held only asks for what it uses, and your meeting data is never sold or used to train AI.

No bot in your meeting

Held knows who joined from Zoom's own attendance data. Nothing sits in your call, and nothing is recorded.

“I've been ghosted by people who booked the meeting themselves. Twice in one week I sat in an empty Zoom room refreshing, then wrote the awkward ‘still able to make it?’ email. Held exists so nobody has to write that email again.”

Every scheduler I tried stops at the reminder. None of them notice the invite was never accepted, none of them see the empty room, and none of them chase the “let's follow up” that quietly dies. So I started building the assistant I wanted sitting next to me.

I run my own calendar on Held every day. If you're tired of refreshing, claim your link and try it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How does Held know they haven't joined?

It connects to your Zoom or Google Meet account and watches who is actually in the room, using the same participant events the platforms expose to their own apps. If the only person present three minutes in is you, your assistant steps in. No bot joins the call and no recording is made.

Does it read my email?

No. Held sends under your name from its own verified domain, and replies land in your inbox. It never asks for permission to read your mail. Confirmations are tracked through calendar responses and the links in its own messages.

Will prospects know it's an AI?

It signs as your assistant, asks logistics questions only, and never pitches. If someone asks directly whether it's an AI, it says yes. Most people just reply with a time.

Which calendars and meeting tools work?

Google Calendar and Outlook, with meetings on Zoom, Google Meet or Teams. It doesn't matter what booked the meeting: Calendly, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Cal.com or a hand-typed invite all look the same on your calendar.
